It's a ready folded card measuring 9" by 6" made from cream cardstock. Cut panel on Gold Luxe card measuring 8 3/4 by 5 3/4" and adhere it on the card base using dimensional tape. Cut another panel on cream card measure 8 1/2 by 5 1/2", stamp the image from Ornate Peacock Cling Stamp Set, cover it with golden embossing powder and heat the image using heating tool. Adhere this layer on the last panel using clear glue. 

Add lace on the card base using hot glue as shown in the background of the window.

Next, stamp the image of window on the cream card using versamark embossing ink cover the images with golden tinsel embossing powder and heat it using heating tool. Die cut the images using coordinating dies, add extra layer underneath, add foam strips from the back also from the back side of window.

Stamp the upper part of window image again on the gold luxe card using versamark embossing ink, cover the images with golden tinsel embossing powder and heat it using heating tool die. Cut the images using window border coordinating die and adhere on the window.

Stamp the image from ornate peacock stamp set on the vellum using versamark embossing ink cover the images with golden tinsel embossing powder and heat it using heating tool. Die cut the images using coordinating die.

Stamp the image of Iris flower on the vellum using versamark embossing ink cover the images with golden tinsle embossing powder and heat it using heating tool die cut the images using coordinating die.

Stamp the images of Rustic Sunflower on the cream card using versamark embossing ink cover the images with golden embossing powder and heat it using heating tool. Die cut the images using coordinating die. Shape the flowers using Deluxe Shaping Kit and make a few flowers using hot glue, add golden stamens in the centers, apply clear glue using sponge and cover the flowers with Nida Tanweer Magic Glitter Powder.

Arrange bunch on the left side of the window as shown using all ready elements and with Rose Hip Stamens.

Embellish the card with rhinestones, pearls, and Paper Magik Decorative Beads.
