Cut a piece of white cardstock to 13 x 4.5", score at 6.5" and fold with fold on the top then use the No. 2 die from the Eyelet Frame Gateway to cut leaving the top of the die over-hanging fold by about 0.5". Cut a gate with the same die from the white cardstock and another one from the Elegant Rose Frames Paper Collection. Cut out a white frame with dies No. 3 and 6 from the Eyelet Frame Gateway set. Cut out a pink frame with dies No. 4 and 6 from the same set. Glue them to the base as pictured.

Stamp the sentiment in Tuxedo Black ink and Elegant Rose Sentiments Cling Stamp Set, color it with colored pencils and cut out with coordinating die. Adhere it as pictured.

Stamp blossoms from the Small Wild Rose Cling Stamp Set in Vibrant Fuchsia and Magenta Hue inks, color their edges and centers with the same ink, diecut with coordinating dies and shape with mold. Add Pastel Bead Medium and Pastel Pearl Small to big flowers and Tu Tu Pink prills to small flowers. Stamp 3 branches from Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set in Fern Green ink, color them with Leaf Green ink, cut out with coordinating die and shape with coordinating mold. Stamp 6 branches from the Cottage Tree 'scapes Cling Stamp Set in Fern Green ink, color them with Leaf Green ink, cut out with coordinating die. Use dimensional adhesive and hot glue to attach all elements onto card as pictured.

To add the extra sparkle, use the Dries Clear glue along with Crystal Clear glitter over flowers.
