Instructions: The card base measures 6 3/4 by 8 3/4". Cut two pattern papers of size 6 1/2 and 8 1/2" from the cottage garden paper collection. Make the dotted borders on one pattern paper using the die from the rounded eyelet window die. Cut the decorative corners using the corner dies from the swirly scent spray die set and glue on the corners of another pattern paper. Glue the pattern papers on the card base. Cut the decorative circles with white cardstock and pattern papers using dies from the rounded window frame die. Cut the circles from the pattern papers and glue on the die cut circle frames. Arrange and glue the circles on the card base using foam tape to give it some dimension.

Stamp the hydrangea clusters from the fresh cut hydrangea cling stamp set with archival fern green ink. Color the stamped images using memento ink new sprout and cut them using the coordinating dies. Stamp the flower images from the cottage garden hydrangea stamp set with memento ink blue sky and color them using archival ink cobalt. Cut the flowers using the coordinating dies and shape them using the 3D hydrangea shaping mold. Adhere the stamped hydrangea cluster images using foam tape and adhere the flowers on top of them as shown.

Lastly, add a circle sentiment tag from the paper collection and dust the flowers with crystal clear glitter powder.
