Instructions: Cut a piece of Vellum 4 1/4" X 11", score at 5 1/2" and fold. Stamp one side of card base with snowflake background stamp using Versamark ink, dust with embossing powder and heat set. Be careful not to melt Vellum. Stamp two sets of each of the snowflakes onto extra Vellum using Versamark, dust with embossing powder and heat set. Cut these with matching die. Off set & glue flakes together and add rhinestone to centers. Stamp Frosty on a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" piece of white cardstock using black ink. Color trees with YG67, 63, & 61. Color Frosty's cap and boots using B97, 95, 93, & 91. Color Frosty's body using C3, 1, 0, & 00. Use C5 for buttons and shade underneath with C3. Nose is done with YR07, 02, & E19. Cheeks are R30 & blend out with Colorless Blender. Color scarf by alternating stripes using YG09, 06, & G28, then R39, 37, 35, & 32. Snip cardstock from edge down to snowbank, between trees and Frosty's boot and skate that are in the air. On the opposite side snip in between the tree & the bottom of Frosty's mitten. Roughly cut around Frosty with scissors so he will fit into the matching die. Following the video listed above, slip the body into the die from front side, leaving the snow bank on the top side of the die. Line up the upper part, tape in place & die cut. From the edges fussy cut the snow bank and trees as pictured to remove excess & create the little scene. Don't worry about the width, you will trim that away after gluing to vellum. Stamp the sentiment on the right corner with black ink. Before gluing in place, make two plain white snowbanks for the back of the card by placing the die cut scene onto white cardstock 3" X 4 1/4" and pencil mark the curve of the bank and then scissor cut across the top. You can glue these in place, back to back on the un-embossed side of the card base. This step sturdies the card and gives you a place to stamp a sentiment on the inside. Trim away excess on edges. Glue your Frosty scene to the card front & trim away excess on each side. String a ribbon around the top, tie a small double bow string the charm through the knot and then glue in place as pictured. Attach the snowflakes with pop-dots, I only used three of the four I made. Add some Stickles on snow banks and a few dots here and there to complete your card.
