Framed Thinking of You Today Window

Instructions:

Card size is approximately 4 1/4 x 5 5/8”. Cut Deluxe Flower Shaping paper to 8 1/2 x 5 5/8”, score at 4 1/4” and fold. Use Stylish Rose Frame onto card front being sure cutting plate is only covering the outside edge before diecutting, creating a shaped edge on the card front. Cut purple card panel from sheet 10A of paper collection to 4 1/8 x 5 1/2”, diecut edge using same die and technique using the card base as your template.

Stamp Stylish Rose Frame onto Deluxe Flower Shaping paper using Plum ink, diecut using both coordinating dies to create a frame. Diecut a second frame from Luxe Gold Cardstock. Lay this temporarily on purple panel for placement of oval opening. Use second largest plain edge oval from Eyelet Oval and Basics Small die set to cut an opening in the purple panel and card front. Ink edges of purple panel using dauber and Majestic Violet ink. Adhere panel on card base using foam adhesive.

Color frame using Vivid Chartreuse, Olive, Rose Madder and Vibrant Fuchsia. Adhere stamped frame onto gold frame, offsetting slightly creating a golden shadow, then adhere onto card front using foam strips. Diecut an oval frame from sheet 7B of paper collection using largest plain edge oval from the Small die set and the third largest plain edge oval from the Eyelet Oval and Basics Large die set. Use dauber to apply Plum ink onto oval frame. Adhere on the backside of the circle opening on card front using foam adhesive.

Cut another purple panel from sheet 10A to 4 1/8 x 5 1/2”, ink edges using Majestic Violet ink, diecut an oval opening using largest plain edge oval from the Small die set. Adhere on inside of card base. Diecut another oval frame from sheet 7B of paper collection, this time using the largest plain oval from Eyelet Oval and Basics Large die set along with largest plain oval from the Eyelet Oval and Basics Small die set. Ink oval frame with Plum ink and adhere on inside of card base.

Use Vibrant Fuchsia, Majestic Violet and Plum ink to stamp an ombre Thinking of You sentiment from the Elegant Rose Sentiments stamp set. You may need to do this several times to achieve the perfect combination. Diecut using coordinating die, die cutting an additional 5 more sentiments for layering. Trim sentiments as shown using a scissors, then layer together to create a thick, sturdy sentiment. Use Rose Madder ink to apply a soft touch of color on sentiment, then use Hydra Sponge to apply Crystal Lacquer for that added pop. Adhere words as shown, using Dries Clear Adhesive.

Stamp the Classic Rose flowers onto Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using White Pigment ink, embossing with white embossing powder, heat set. Color roses using Rose Madder then Vibrant Fuchsia inks, then shape using coordinating mold. Layer roses together as desired to create 2 open flowers and 1 rose bud, adhering using hot glue. Adhere onto card as shown. Cut 2 strips of paper from sheet 11A using paper trimmer cutting strips to approximately 6 x 1/8”, ink using Plum in then wrap around stylus for a curly ribbon effect. Adhere onto card using hot glue and Dries Clear Glue.

Apply Dries Clear Glue onto card base as desired, sprinkle with Crystal Glitter.
