Instructions: Begin by making the frame for the card front. Place the larger of the two frame a card borders without the outside cutting layer on a white card stock and cut a frame. Repeat this with coordinating the die on the opposite side to complete the frame. Take care to match the points so that you get one complete frame.
Cut a card base from white card stock using the frame as the guidelines for measurement. The card base should not measure more than the frame. Cut a subtle background pattern paper from any paper collection to the size of the card front. Adhere on the card front. Adhere the frame on the mat layer using clear glue.
Cut an oval die cut. Stamp the sentiment with black ink. Cut an inside die cut from intricate die set. Adhere the oval die cut in the centre of frame and place the intricate frame on it popping it up a little as shown.
Stamp several images of peony flowers with Rose madder and plum ink on water colour paper. Cut with coordinating die. Use the Rose madder ink to colour the flowers using sponge daubers. Mist a little with water and use the flower shaping mold to shape the flowers. Give more natural look to the flowers by using the groove golf tools medium and large size. Layer the petals and add pollens. Make small filler flowers from the classic rose die and stamp set. Make many leaves from the classic rose cling stamp and die using green inks. Shape the leaves using golf tools.
Arrange the flowers and leaves on the card front using glue. Finish the card by adding filler flowers and clear water droplets.
