Cut a piece of dark blue paper from the Festive Christmas Paper Collection to 4 3/4" x 6 3/4". Adhere to a 5" x 7" card blank with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive. Die cut the fancy oval frame, medium size, from the Simple Classic Oval Frame Die Set, in white card. Adhere Frame to card with foam tape. Die cut the inner small Oval outside edge from the same die set in dark blue paper. Adhere to the centre of the white Frame. 

Stamp in Ranger Archival Jet Black ink onto white card, the Christmas Lantern from the Christmas Lantern Cling Stamp Set, three times. Color with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens in 090 Grey, 067 Mustard and 050 Yellow, using a Color in Watercolor Brush. Die cut two Christmas Lanterns with the matching die and one with the smaller lantern die so that you have two main lanterns and one smaller section. Adhere these together with foam pads, making sure the smaller section is on the top. Adhere to front of card with foam tape. Stamp the Berry Spray from the same set five times. Color with 024 Wine Red, 044 Deep Green and 065 Mid Brown. Die cut with the matching dies. Cut two in half. Stamp the Christmas Holy from the Christmas Holy Accents Cling Stamp Set, twice. Color with Deep Green. Die cut with the matching die. Stamp the set of three little Birdies from the Festive Berry & Birdies Cling Stamp Set. Color with Mid Brown, Wine Red and Yellow for the beak. Die cut with the matching die. Cut the Birdies apart. Lightly shape all accent pieces with the stylus from the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Adhere the accents around the Lantern. 

Stamp the Sentiment from the Christmas Lantern Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink onto white card. Adhere. Sponge Dries Clear Adhesive over the card, add clear glitter. All done.
