Cut a piece of white cardstock 7 x 8 1/4", score at 4 1/8" and fold to get a base. Cut two pieces of paper from Floral Frames Paper Collection, one to 6 13/16 x 3 15/16" and the second to 6 3/8 x 3 5/8". Cut another piece of paper from Floral Frames Paper Collection to 5 1/8 x 3 3/4" and a little bigger piece of the white cardstock. Cut out a white frame with the fourth die from the Simply Classic Rectangle Frame Die set.

Stamp a frame from the Curvy Floral Frame Cling Stamp Set in French Ultramarine ink and cut out with coordinating die. Stamp a circle from the Timepiece Sentiments Cling Stamp Set in Magenta Hue ink and cut out with coordinating die from the Simple Moments Timepiece Die set. Cut out a white smallest frame with the Simply Classic Rectangle Frame Die. Adhere all elements to the base as pictured.

Stamp 6 big blossoms from Sweet Magnolia Blooms Cling Stamp Set in French Ultramarine ink onto Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper, color their edges and centers with the same ink, diecut with coordinating die and shape with mold. Stamp blossoms and leaves from Rectangular Floral Frame Cling Stamp Set and Curvy Floral Frame Cling Stamp Set in Leaf Green, Magenta Hue and French Ultramarine inks onto Deluxe Flower Shaping paper. Color all elements with the same inks and shape with Deluxe Flower Shaping Tools. For each bigger flower you'll need 2 layers, for smallest flowers you'll need 1 layer. Add some Pastel Pearl Medium Stamens to their centers. Use dimensional adhesive and hot glue to attach all elements onto card as pictured. To add the extra sparkle, use the Dries Clear glue along with Crystal Clear glitter over flowers.
