I used both sheets of patterned paper 4A for the background, cutting them at the 6" mark and taping them together in behind. Cut a strip of the dark blue patterned paper that is 3.5 x 12", and add a narrow strip of the checkered patterned paper to the left hand side. Adhere to the layout covering the middle seam. Add a large ribbon bow onto that layered border. Find and cut out the blue patterned border strip, and mat it in purple cardstock. Adhere this to the far left hand side of the layout.

Die cut the "Forever in Love" title from purple cardstock, and the mat from white cardstock. Adhere these together. Cut a strip of light blue patterned paper that is 1.5 x 7", and a dark blue patterned strip that is 1 x 7". Tear one end of each and adhere together and adhere to the top right hand corner of the layout. Add the title on top using foam tape.

Take a piece of watercolor paper that is about 6 x 8". I added color to the cardstock using watered down Distress Oxide Inks (Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio, Blueprint Sketch, Iced Spruce) heating between layers to set each color.

Stamp the oval floral frame onto the custom colored cardstock using an embossing pad and white embossing powder. Then use the remaining colored area to stamp the flowers and leaves images also using white embossing powder. Die cut out all of the pieces. Shape the flowers using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Add chunky glitter to the middle of each flower using liquid adhesive. Then I added purple Stickles to the middle of each. Let dry. 

Cut your photo to fit in behind the oval floral frame. Using the Simply Classic Oval Frame Die and the Ornate Ovals Die, cut the next 3 layers from white cardstock, dark blue patterned paper and white cardstock for the largest layer. Adhere the larger layers to the smaller ones using foam tape. Then adhere to the layout again using foam tape. Add the flowers and leaves around the matted photo and the title block.
