The finished card measures 7 inches by 5 inches. Cut white card stock to size 7 inches by 10 inches and score at 5 inches on the longer side. Fold to make the card base.
Cut pattern paper to cover the card front. This is the first mat layer and it is a little smaller than the card front. Adhere the paper. Cut the Intricate lace frame in white card stock and remove the inner part within the stitched lines with a paper cutter. Adhere on the mat layer with foam dots. Cut a pink colour paper from the paper collection to the size to fit the inside of the frame. Cut it as frame and adhere with foam dots on the intricate lace frame die cut. Cut the gold mirror card stock using the diamond die. Cut an eyelet diamond die cut frame in white card stock. Distress the edges with green ink pad. Add the diamond frame on the gold die cut.
Stamp the images from the Tulip bouquet stamp set and Tulip filler stamp set in Archival jet black ink on white card stock. Colour with water colour pencils and cut with matching die. Arrange the stamped images on the card front with foam dots.
Finish with a sentiment from the paper pad.
