Cut a piece of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper 12” x 6”, score at 6” along the long side and fold to create a base card of 6” x 6”. Cut a piece of dark teal paper 5 7/8” x 5 7/8” and adhere to the front of the card. Cut a piece of pale teal paper 5 3/4” x 5 3/4”. Die cut the decorative die using the die from the HCD-7398 French Courtyard die set from Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Add Frosting Powder to the die with Dries Clear glue on a sponge and then adhere the die to the pale teal paper and adhere to the front of the card. Die cut an eyelet circle using the medium eyelet frame die from the HCD2- 7306 Decorative Circle Frames Die and adhere to the centre of the decorative die.

Stamp the basket image from the HCPC-31008 Wicker Basket Cling Stamp Set and two large floral sprays from the HCPC-31009 Basket Florals Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black ink on alcohol marker friendly paper. Colour the images using alcohol markers and die cut with the coordinating dies - one full floral spray and one with the small die. Adhere the die cut flowers to base floral spray using foam tape. Adhere the basket to the front of the card using foam tape. Adhere the large floral spray over the basket with foam tape as shown.  

Stamp the ribbon bow from the HCPC-31008 Wicker Basket Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black ink on alcohol friendly paper.  Colour with alcohol markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Adhere the bow to the basket as shown.

Stamp the sentiment from the HCPC-3845 Just For You Sentiments Cling Stamp set in Tuxedo Black ink on pale teal pattern paper. Die cut with the tag die from the HCD1-7201 Ticket & Tags die and adhere under the ribbon bow with some foam tape.

To finish, add Micro Mini Pearl Beads to the leaves as shown. Add blue iridescent jewels to the bow and the background die as shown.

Card inside: Cut a piece of dark teal paper 5 7/8” and 5 7/8” and adhere to the card inside. Cut a piece of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper 5 5/8” x 5 5/8” and adhere to the front of the teal paper. Cut a piece of light teal paper 5 3/8” x 5 3/8” and adhere to the front of the white card.

Die cut a circle from the dark teal paper using the large circle die from the HCD-7398 French Courtyard die set. Die cut the birthday sentiment using the large circle and the Happy Birthday dies from the HCD-7398 French Courtyard die set out of Duluxe Flower Shaping paper. Adhere the birthday sentiment to the inside card.  Die cut a small circle from light teal paper using the small circle die from the HCD-7398 French Courtyard die set. Die cut the inner decorative die using the small circle die and the decorative inner die from the  HCD-7398 French Courtyard die set. Adhere the decorative die to the teal circle and adhere to the birthday sentiment. Adhere a large and medium iridescent jewel to the decorative die as shown.
