Instructions: Stamp out Festive Winterscapes and Woodsy Winterscapes with versafine and clear heat emboss. Colour with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. Use gel pens for accents. Cut with coordinating dies. Seal die cuts for the ornament/bauble with sealer varnish or clear heat emboss. Spray paint the rear half of the ornament and seal with varnish if required. Add texture paste inside the rear half of the ornament/bauble and push the die-cuts into it and leave open to dry and repeat for the front half of the ornament/bauble. Add glitter while wet or mix beforehand. Once texture paste has dried add a small amount of artificial snow and push shut. Tie a ribbon and bow to hang the ornament/bauble.
Stamp onto Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper the Small Wild Rose in Vermillion, die-cut with co-ordinating dies and colour with Carnation Red front and back, edge the petals in Vermillion. For the open roses add Vivid Chartreuse to the centres. Once coloured, spritz the back with water and run the mold through the die-cutting machine. Use the deluxe flower shaping kit to further shape and curl the petals and fold into the centre to create semi-closed roses, add dries clear and prills. Pierce the centre of the open roses and feed through stamens and secure with a glue gun, cut off the excess once dry. Stamp onto Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper Leafy Accents with versamark, silver heat emboss and die-cut with co-ordinating dies. Colour front and back the Leafy Accents with Vivid Chartreuse and edge in Leaf Green.
To form the back and base of the box, cut cardstock 5 x 10” and score landscape 6 1/2 and 9 1/2”. Cut to form 2 sides of the box 4 x 7” and score 1/2” tabs to 3 sides, make a snip cut on each 1/2” tab and fold and glue together to give a finished size of 3 x 6 1/2”. Cut to form an insert 4 7/8 x 6 7/8” and score 1” tabs to each side and glue together. Cut to form the front of the box 6 1/2 x 5” and offer a die-cut snowglobe in position and draw in pencil where to cut the aperture, while the box is unassembled use this as a template to mark where to cut the front paper pad design. Cut to form the lid 4 5/8 x 6 3/4 and score 3/4” tabs and adhere together.
Assemble the box and sit the insert inside, place the ornament/bauble inside to ensure it pushes forward through the aperture to create the snowglobe (this will be a tight fit and will push the front of the box to get in and out), add additional internal back panels if required to push further forward. Cover inside and out with Winterscapes Paper Collection. Cover the insert prior to gluing inside. Adhere ribbon trim to the box using double sided tape. Mat and layer silver cardstock and a decorative panel from the paper pad and adhere with 3D dots. Die-cut the Ornate Oval in white and silver and heat emboss a sentiment in silver. Shadow the silver Ornate Oval behind the white and adhere to the panel with 3D dots.
Die-cut the snowglobe and adhere with dries clear to the front of the box. Adhere Leafy Accents and Wild Roses to the box with a glue gun. Sponge on texture paste to roses and while wet add glass shards.
