Instructions: Make a 7 inches by 5 inches top folding card base from white card stock. Add a mat layer a little smaller than card base from the yellow card stock and adhere to card front. Cut a mat die cut from Royal Elegance frame die set in pattern paper. Remove the inner rectangle to create a frame.

Cut a scene from pattern paper 4 inches by 6 inches and adhere to the centre of card. Apply double foam tape at the back of decorative frame and adhere to the card front on the card panel. Cut two pieces of the inner decorative die from Royal elegance set and adhere them together. Add a pattern paper at its back. Adhere the whole panel on the right of the card.

Stamp the rose flowers from classic rose collection in Garden patina ink on the deluxe flower shaping paper. Stamp the rose vines. Colour using the archival colours and zig markers. Make leaves from Large wild rose collection. Shape the flowers with groove golf tools and add stamens. Add glitter to flowers and leaves using clear glue.

Stamp the balloon and animals in black, colour and die cut using the coordinating dies. Stamp the welcome sentiment on the basket. Stamp the baby die cut in garden patina ink and colour using same colour. Add glitter and add to the card.
