For more tips on creating with the Dazzling Dahlia Collection watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/KIIpo2C9oDs.

Instructions: From the black paper, cut out a 5.75” x 5.75" base. Cut a 5.5” x 5.5" square from the paper collection and glue it to the base. From the black paper, cut the largest frame from the HCD1-7271 Rounded Window Frame Die set and adhere to the base. Use the circle from the HCD1-7313 Festive Snowglobe Die set to cut out a circle from the collection of paper and glue it.

To create flowers, stamp with Archival Ink - Rose Madder and Archival Ink Pad – Sunflower flowers from the HCD1-7323 Dazzling Dahlia Die sets then die cut using the coordinating dies. Color them with the Archival Ink - Rose Madder and shape using the Mold. Glue the petals with hot glue.

Stamp the leaves from the HCD1-7324 Dahlia and Leaves Die set with Archival Ink -Leaf Green ink and cut with matching dies, then color with the same ink and shape using the Mold. I cover the flowers and leaves with glue and cover them with Rajni Chawla's Crystal Clear. Glue all the elements as shown. Add a ribbon.

On the left side, glue the leaves and sisal. Cover the sisal with glue and glitter. Stamp the sentiment from the HCPC-3937 Elaborate Birthday set on a white strip of paper and glue. Add pearls.
