Cut a piece of white cardstock 5.5 x 11", score at 5.5" and fold to get a square base. Cut two pieces of paper from the Floral Banners Paper Collection to 4.5 x 5 1/4 and 3/4 x 5 1/4". Cut out two white tags with the Large Tag 1 from the Album Tags and Accents die set and two peach tags with Large Tag 2 die. Cut out two white Delicate Flourish from the Cut Mat Create 2A die set. Adhere them to the base using adhesive tape.

Stamp the sentiment in Coastal Coral ink using Just For You Sentiments stamp and cut it out with the Elegant Rose Banner Die. Stamp the Elegant Rose Banner with the Elegant Rose Banner Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black ink, color it with promarkers and cut out with coordinating dies. Adhere them together and to the base with adhesive tape.

Stamp blossoms from Small Wild Rose Cling Stamp Set in Coastal Coral ink onto Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper, color their centers with the same ink and diecut with coordinating dies. Shape all flowers using their coordinating shaping mold. To big flowers add some pearl stamens, to small flowers add some Lettuce Entertain You Prills. Cut out two white Large Vine from Cut Mat Create 2A and color them with promarker. Stamp 2 leaves from Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set in White ink onto Vellum paper, use Opaque Embossing Powder, then heat emboss them and diecut with coordinating die. Use dimensional adhesive and hot glue to attach all elements onto card as pictured.

To add the extra sparkle, use the Dries Clear glue along with Crystal Clear glitter over flowers and the banner.
