Stamp the images from Elegant Rose Frame cling stamp set and Elegant Rose Sentiments cling stamp set on a piece of Deluxe Flower Shaping paper with Jet Black Archival ink. Stamp the sentiment again on another piece of white cardstock using Olive Archival ink.

Color the images stamped with black ink with Zig clean colour brush pens and waterbrush. Die cut all the images using the matching dies from Elegant Rose Frame die and Elegant Rose Sentiments die sets. Cut the geen sentiment to remove the flowers and adhere it on the other sentiment stamped with black ink. Die cut 2 more pieces of white cardstock using the same sentiment die and adhere them behind the stamped and die cut piece. 

Apply dries clear adhesive on some parts of the coloured images and sprinkle CrafTangles Shimmer dust on it. Let it dry and brush off the extra glitter. Cut the rose frame piece in 2 parts and adhere one piece on the top edge of a 5 3/4" x 4 1/4" card base as shown. 

Die cut a piece of black cardstock using the die from Filigree Border & Accents Die and adhere it on the rose frame edge. Adhere the sentiment below the rose frame to finish the card
