Eight Sided Floral

Instructions:

The finished card measure 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches. Cut one piece of white deluxe flower shaping paper 11 by 5 1/2 inches and score at 5 1/2 inches to make a side fold card. Use the 5 1/2 hexagon Simple Centerpiece die and cut your paper (except one border) to make an hexagonal card. Ink the edges in Deep purble ink. Cut 1 piece of violet paper with the 5 inch die and glue it on the base. Cut a piece of pattern paper with the 4 1/2  die and glue it with 3D foam to give dimension. Finally add a piece of white paper cut with the 3 inch hexagon on the top of the card base (ink the edge in deep purple before gluing).

Make 4 Climbing Clematis Flowers of different sizes. Stamp with Deep purple ink onto Deluxe flower shaping paper, color the center with the same color ink and shade the edge with the same color sea grass ink. (You can also color the back of the flowers).  Diecut with the coordinating die. Place facedown into the flower shaping mold, spritz with water and run through the diecutting machine to shape. When dry, give further shape with Deluxe flower shaping kit tools. Glue 2 layers together. Poke a hole in the center of the flower and add stamens. Put a little bit of glue on the tips of you petal and dip them in the crystal clear powder to make them shine. Also make 4 leaves in leaf green with the same technique.

Put cheesecloth and sewing thread on the left of your card. Glue your flowers and leaves on it.

Stamp in leaf green ink a sentiment from Just for you sentiments kit and cut it with Tickets and tags die. Ink the edge with the same color and add it to your card with 3D foam to give dimension.
