Instructions: Cut a piece of white cardstock to 8 1/2 x 5 1/2" size, score and fold at 4 1/4" to create card base. Cut a teal paper from the Butterfly Dreams paper collection to 5 3/8 x 2". Cut another floral patterned paper from the collection to the same size. Sponge the edges of panels with Garden Patina ink and attach to top and bottom of card base as shown. Stamp the sentiment from HCPC-3847 Celebrate Love Sentiments Cling Stamp Set in Forget-Me-Not ink onto the center of card base. Use outline dies from the HCD1-7263 Swirly Accent Spray Die to create 2 teal background panels. Now diecut the coordinating decorative die from white cardstock 2x. Dab some Dries Clear glue over decorative diecuts, sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear and tap off. Layer both decorative diecuts onto teal background panels. Use dimensional adhesive to layer onto card as shown.
Stamp the medium and small blossoms from HCPC-3842 Oakberry Lane Blossoms Cling Stamp Set in Cactus Flower ink onto white cardstock and diecut with coordinating dies. Stamp leaves 2x from HCPC-3752 Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set in Fern Green ink onto white cardstock and diecut with coordinating die. Stamp the lilacs from HCPC-3816 Lush Lilac Cling Stamp Set in ColorBox Frost White ink onto vellum, sprinkle with White embossing powder and heat emboss with heat tool. Diecut the lilacs with the coordinating dies.
Use the Stack and Store daubers to color the images. You’ll need 3 medium and 3 small purple petals. Use Cactus Flower ink on the edges of petals and Vivid Chartreuse in the centers. For the leaves use a light touch of Fern Green ink and Tiger Lily on the tips. Sponge 3 of the lilac petals with Magenta Hue ink.
Place the blossoms into the HCFB1-469 3D Blossoms Shaping Mold, lightly mist with water and send through die cutting machine. Shape the leaves and lilac petals with the shaping stylus from Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Assemble the blossoms together as pictured. Pierce a hole through the blossom centers and thread purple stamens through. Trim wire to desired length and then use hot glue to attach onto card. Use hot glue to attach leaves, trimming them apart as desired. Attach lilac petals around the leaves as shown. Add tiny glitter beads to the centers of lilacs. Use the Dries Clear glue along with Crystal glitter to add a touch of sparkle over blossoms, leaves and rest of card as desired.
