Card size: 4 1/4" x 5 3/4". Cut ivory card stock 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" and cut 2 more pieces of ivory 5 1/2 x 2 1/8". Score long piece 2 1/8" from both sides leaving 4 1/4" in the center. Score both ends again at 1 1/6". Glue one of the 5 1/2 x 2 1/8 piece ivory to each end (only the last 1 1/16") matching outside edges. Fold ends toward center to close. This is called a hinged gatefold.
Cut 2 Diamonds and Lace from cranberry colored card stock. Cut 2 pieces of light pink decorative paper 3 7/8 x 4" to line the backs (except top and bottom borders). Glue one of the Diamonds and Lace to the center and cut the other Diamonds and Lace in half then glue one half to each front half (it should look like one piece again when closed). Cut 2 center diamonds with piercing out of light pink and ivory decorative paper. Glue one to the front center diamond shape (only to one side so that card still opens) and stamp "I love you" using Magenta Hue on the second diamond then glue it to the center diamond shape inside. Cut smallest eyelet heart from cranberry and cut smallest plain edge heart out of tulip paper, glue to center of outside diamond.
Stamp 2 Tulip Bouquet and 1 vase with London Gray and color with Copic Markers. Glue 1 of the bouquets inside bottom left of diamond. Cut 2 pieces of tulip paper 7/8" x 5 3/8" for inside both sides of enter. Make a belt closure for card 1" x 10" wrap around card and glue ends together to fit card. Ends should come together in front so that seam is covered with vase. Also wrap ribbon around belt and glue in place. Foam tape vase with tulip bouquet onto belt in the center and add rhinestone to ribbon. Glitter flowers inside and out.
