It's a ready folded card measuring 9" by 6". Cut panel on green sheet 8B from Ornate Peacock Paper collection measuring 8 3/4 by 5 3/4" and adhere it on the card base using clear glue.

Trim Deluxe Gold Card panel measuring 7 1/4 by 5 1/2", die cut bottom edge using 2 borders from Curvy Accent Border Die Set, adhere on the card base using dimensional tape. Trim the panel from designer paper sheet number 1B and die cut the edge using border line die from the same Curvy border collection and adhere this panel on the golden edge panel using clear glue.

Die cut the circle frame using eyelet circle from Decorative Circle frames dies and Eyelet Circles Basics small die set on the Gold card. Trim the circle pattern form sheet number 1A using circle die and under the golden circle frame using clear glue, add this circle window on the card using dimensional tape.

Stamp the large image of Ornate Peacock and the posies images on the vellum using versamark embossing ink cover the images with snowflake tinsle embossing powder and heat it using heating tool. Die cut the images using coordinating dies, color the images from the back side using salvage patina, leaf green and kitsch flamingo inks using daubers.

For the flowers, stamp the Zinnia flower images from Small and large Garden Zinnia Cling Stamp Set using versamark Embossing ink on mint card, cover the images with white embossing powder, heat it using heating tool. Die cut the images using coordinating dies, color the centers of zinnias with Salvage patina ink using daubers, use shaping stylus and Golf Goove shaping tool to shape the petals from back. Use hot glue to assemble the flowers as shown. For the centers add decorative beads using hot glue, add clear glue and spinkle pink mini prills. Dab some Dries Clear glue onto a sponge, apply over the petals as desired, sprinkle with Nida Tanweer Glitter Powder and tap off.

Stamp the sentiment on the green paper using versamark ink and heat emboss with gold tinsel embossing powder and trim the sentiment with Slim Eyelet smallest die.

Arrange all ready elements as shown using hot glue and decorate the card and peacock with rhinestones and decorative beads.
