Instructions: Create a card base of size 5 by 6 1/2”. Mat the card base with pattern papers from the Tender Moments paper collection.

Stamp the images from the welcome baby cling stamp set with archival black, stamp the air balloon from the Baby's air balloon cling stamp set with versamark and heat emboss in gold. Color the stamped images with alcohol markers and cut them with their coordinating dies.

Stamp the flowers from the classic rose cling stamp set on vellum with versamark and heat emboss in white. Color the flowers with memento sky blue and nautical blue. Stamp the leaves from the leafy accents cling stamp set with archival fern green and color using memento bamboo leaves and olive green. Cut the flowers and leaves using their coordinating dies and shape them using the coordinating 3d shaping mold.

Arrange everything as shown. Lastly, add a sentiment from the paper collection and dust the flowers with crystal clear glitter powder.
