Instructions: Finished card is 5 1/2 x 6 1/4". Die cut the base from white cardstock using the Spellbinders Decorated Birthday die and assemble into a centre step card. Cut strips from the striped patterned paper in 7/8 strips and adhere to the sides of the step card and trim to fit. Cut a trim of 1 2/8 x 1" and adhere to the sides of the front step.

Cut the sentiment panel from the patterned paper and die cut two lace trims from the HCD1-7161 Sweetheart Borders Die from white cardstock and adhere to the sides of the panel. Trim the lace edge to fit the panel. Die cut the frame from the HCD1-7150 Window Box Elements Die in white cardstock and adhere to the top of the panel. Cut a piece of white cardstock 5 3/4" x 3 7/8 and adhere to the back of the panel. Adhere this panel to the centre front of the step card.

To make the leaves stamp the images from the HCPC-3545 Open Leaf stamp set in Bamboo Leaves on white cardstock. Colour the images with New Sprout ink and die cut with the coordinating dies. Sponge the edges with Bamboo leaves before shaping using the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Adhere to the front of the card as shown with dries clear adhesive.

To make the flowers stamp the images from the HCPC-3608 Arianna Blooms Stamp set in Pearlescent Coral ink on white cardstock. Ink the centres with Canteloupe ink and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape the flowers using the new HCFB1-464 3D Floral Basics Shaping Mold. Finish shaping into a cup shape with the shaping tools and allow to dry. Using Glue Gloss add Frosting Powder to the flower petals and heat using the heat gun for a frosted finish. Add the prills to the centres of the flowers with Dries Clear glue. Adhere the flowers to the card as shown.
