Create a top fold card measuring 8" x 6". Choose a designer paper from Elegant Rose Frames Paper Collection and cut it to the size 7 3/4” x 5 3/4”. Adhere it on white card base.  Choose another designer paper from same collection and cut it to the size 7 1/2” x 5 1/2”. Layer this paper on gold card stock making a thin border on all four sides. Glue this ready panel on the card front.

Cut decorative frames, two from smooth white card stock and one from Luxe Gold card stock using the largest die from Rectangle Filigree Frame Die set. Stack white and gold frames together, slightly offset. Choose another designer paper from the same collection and cut it for the center of frame using same die.

Stamp the frame on a water color paper from Stylish Rose Frame Cling Stamp Set by using Teal Zeal memento ink and paint the image using Zig Clean Clear Brush Markers. Cut the image using the coordinating die. Create a shaker card using foam tape, sequins and acetate sheet as shown. Now again stamp the frame once and rose vine twice on a water color paper from Stylish Rose  Frame Cling Stamp Set using jet black archival ink. Paint the images using Zig Clean Clear Brush Markers and cut the images using their coordinating dies. Now trim the coloured roses from the frame image and paste it on shaker frame using glue dots. Die cut rose vines twice from luxe Gold card stack and paste them behind the coloured vine images, a little offset.  Now stamp the image “Happy Birthday To You” from Elegant Rose sentiment cling stamp set on white card stock using jet black Archival ink. Color the image using Zig clean clear brush markers and cut the image using coordinating die. Use same die and cut luxe gold card stock. Paste it behind the sentiment, a little offset.

Stamp the roses from the classic rose cling stamp set on Deluxe flower shaping  paper with versamark watermark and heat emboss in white and color them using Cactus Flower and Magenta Hue  archival ink. Stamp the leaves from the leafy accents cling stamp set with archival fern green and color using leaf green archival ink and Vivid Chartreuse archival ink. Cut the flowers and leaves using their coordinating dies and shape them using the coordinating 3D shaping mold.  For fillers use the smallest size stamp from classic rose collection using blue yonder ink by ranger. Color the flowers using same inks and cut them using coordinating die and shape them using coordinating 3D mold. Now add Seas The Day prills to the centre of flowers.

Once all the elements are ready assemble the card as shown. For final look, apply Crystal Clear powder to the flowers using Art glitter dries clear glue.
