Cut the white cardstock down to 11 x 11" and adhere to a full sheet of 12 x 12" black cardstock. Using a large circle template or a dinner plate, trace a large circle onto the white cardstock. This will be your guide. Using blending tools and Distress Oxide Ink (Worn Lipstick, Fossilized Amber), add chunks of color around the traced circle. Then using the stems of coordinating misters, splatter some additional color (Mustard, Pink). Let dry.
Stamp and die cut 16 of the Tulip Bouquet image using black ink (Archival Ink- Jet Black). Start adhering the tulips around the traced circle. I used a mini glue dot at the base of each stem and 3D foam squares under each bloom. This adds just a little bit of dimension around the entire wreath. Keep adding blooms all around the circle. I technically used 15, but it's always good to have an extra just in case.
Die cut one of the Butterfly Kisses mini wreaths from black cardstock. Find and cut out the "Everyday Moments" sentiment and flag one end. Mat the photo in white cardstock and add black photo corners to the photo. Adhere to the layout using 3D foam squares. Add the wreath and sentiment to the right-hand side of the matted photo. Add a few sequins for a little extra sparkle.
