Instructions: The purple framed patterned paper is the background. Cut out a single narrow strip of the striped patterned paper and adhere to the right-hand side of the layout. Die cut out the Intricate Swirls Frame from white cardstock. Crop the photo to be able to fit the frame dimension. Mat the cropped photo in white cardstock and add white photo corners. Adhere to the die cut piece using foam squares. Mat this piece in purple patterned paper. Adhere these layers together using foam squares. Adhere the whole thing to the layout over the border strip.
Die cut out the 2 tags and adhere to the layout using foam squares. Add ivory burlap string to the tags. Find and cut out the mini decorative patterned block and adhere to the left of the matted photo using foam squares.
Stamp and die cut 2 of each of the Dahlia images using an embossing pad and white embossing powder onto white cardstock. Add color to the leaves using green ink (Archival- Olive) and daubers. Add pink ink (Archival- Pink Peony) to the middle of the blooms using daubers, and finally purple ink (Archival- Majestic Purple) to the edges of the blooms using daubers. I shaped the leaves and blooms just slightly with my fingers. Adhere the blooms diagonally across the layout, sometimes tearing small bits apart and using foam squares and glue dots creating dimension.
