Brilliant Hydrangea

Instructions:

Card measures 5” x 7”. To create a card base - cut out 10” x 7” piece of white card, then score it at 5” (long side up). Fold using a bone folder along the score lines. Cut out a slightly smaller piece of HCDP1-2111 Cottage Garden Paper Collection, distress the edges with Memento Dye Ink Pad - Paris Dusk using HCDA1-449 Daubers, then adhere it to the card front.

Die cut decorative frame from Navy Card using HCD2-7381 Fancy Classic Oval Frame Die, then adhere it to the card front as shown. Die cut oval from both White Card and HCDP1-2111 Cottage Garden Paper Collection, stack and adhere them together, then distress the edges with Memento Dye Ink Pad - Paris Dusk using HCDA1-449 Daubers and adhere final piece it to the card front using 3D foam.

Stamp the large hydrangea flower from HCPC-3901 Fresh Cut Hydrangea Cling Stamp Set on HCPP1-475 Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with Memento Dye Ink Pad - Paris Dusk, then colour it with Memento Dye Ink Pads - Paris Dusk and Bamboo Leaves. Die cut in with matching HCD1-7279 Fresh Cut Hydrangea, then using a sponge add Designer Dries Clear Adhesive, sprinkle it with Glitter and adhere into the card front using 3D foam.

Stamp hydrangea petals from HCPC-3900 Cottage Garden Hydrangea Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with TSMP608 Memento Dye Ink Pad - Paris Dusk, then colour it with the same ink using HCDA1-449 Daubers. Die cut it with the matching HCD1-7278 Cottage Garden Hydrangea Die, then place them in HCFB1-489 3D Hydrangea Shaping Mold, spray them with water and run them through a die cutting machine. Adhere hydrangea flowers to the card base using a hot glue gun.

As a final step, glitter the flower petals using a sponge and Dries Clear adhesive with a metal tipand add gems to the frame.
