Patterned paper sheet 1B is the background. Cut a strip of the darker purple patterned paper that is 2 x 12" and tear along one long edge and adhere to the bottom of the background. Cut a narrow little strip of the light blue patterned paper that is 0.25 x 12". Adhere to the bottom of the layout.

Using the Simply Classic Rectangle Frame Die cut the largest piece from white cardstock. Cut the next size down decorative die, cut from Luxe Silver cardstock. Adhere these together using liquid adhesive. Adhere to the right hand side of the layout using foam tape. Mat the cropped 4 x 6" photo in white cardstock and add silver photo corners to the photo. Adhere to the frame using foam tape. Add gems above and below the matted photo. 

Stamp and die cut the Holiday Star image onto white cardstock 3 times using an embossing pad and silver embossing powder. Die cut 1 as a full image. Die cut the other 2, just the small inner star image. Set aside for now.

Stamp and die cut 1 more Holiday Star image onto Luxe Silver cardstock using an embossing pad and white embossing powder. Die cut out the the middle sized star from the image. Layer the larger star for the layout with the Luxe Silver star in the middle. Use foam squares between all layers. Adhere this larger star to the left of the matted photo. Use Liquid Pearls to add dots from this star to the top of the layout like the other images on the patterned paper. I also added these dots above the matted photo, making it also look like a hanging ornament.

Add the remaining star below the word Holiday on the layout using foam squares. Add Liquid Pearl dots above this also. Add gems to the middle of some of the larger snowflakes on the printed background.
