Instructions: Cut a piece of white cardstock 6 x 8", score at 4" and fold. Cut a piece of pink paper from Tulip Time Paper Collection to 5 13/16 x 3 13/16". Adhere it to the base. Cut a piece of green paper from Tulip Time Paper Collection to 5 x 3 1/4" and a little bigger piece of the white cardstock, adhere them together and attach to the base using dimensional adhesive. Diecut a white oval with the biggest die from Ornate Ovals Die set, cut out a green oval and a white frame with the biggest die from Ornate Ovals Die set. Glue them together and attach to the base as pictured.

Stamp vases from Tulip Vase & Fillers Cling Stamp Se in Vibrant Fuchsia and Toffee Crunch inks onto Deluxe Flower Shaping paper and diecut with coordinating dies. Stamp the pitcher from Tulip Bouquet in Vibrant Fuchsia ink onto same paper and diecut with coordinating die. Stamp the fence from Tulip Cart & Fence in Toffee Crunch ink onto same paper and diecut with coordinating die.

Stamp blossoms from Tulip Time Cling Stamp Set in Vibrant Fuchsia ink onto Deluxe Flower Shaping paper and diecut with coordinating dies. Stamp flowers from Tulip Vase & Fillers Cling Stamp Set in Majestic Violet and Vibrant Fuchsia inks onto the same paper and diecut with coordinating dies. Stamp leaves from Tulip Vase & Fillers Cling Stamp Set in Leaf Green ink onto Deluxe Flower Shaping paper and diecut them. Use the Stack and Store daubers to color flowers and leaves. For the flowers use Vibrant Fuchsia, Buttercup and Pink Peony ink, for leaves use Leaf Green ink. For the fence use Promarkers. Shape the Tulip flowers using their coordinating shaping mold. Flat flowers and leaves shape with Deluxe Flower Shaping stylus. Thread orange stamens through the centers of flowers and attach with hot glue, trimming off the excess string. Use dimensional adhesive and hot glue to attach blossoms, vases and leaves onto card as pictured.

To add the extra sparkle, use the Dries Clear glue along with Crystal Clear glitter over paper and flowers.
