Cut a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" sheet of pattern paper from Decorative Dragonfly Paper collection and adhere it on a same sized card base. Die cut 2 pieces of Deluxe flower shaping paper and a piece of pattern paper using the dies from French Courtyard die set.

Cut the larger die cut a little smaller than half and adhere it and the sentiment die cut and the pattern paper circle on the card as shown. Trim off the excess die cut hanging off the edge.

Stamp the dragonfly image from Decorative Dragonfly cling stamp set on a piece of vellum using VersaColor white pigment ink and heat emboss it using white embossing powder and heat tool. Die cut it using matching die from Decorative Dragonfly die. Ink it from the back using Vibrant Fuchsia and Manganese Blue Archival inks and Stack and Store Daubers. Adhere it on the card as shown. Adhere a few rhinestones to add finishing touch.
