To create the card base, take Cream cardstock of size 9 x 12 inches and score it in half to create a base of 9 x 6 inches in size. Using the designer papers from HCDP1-2150 Iris Garden Paper Collection, cut 2 pieces each of size 1/4th inch less than the card base. Adhere these to the inside and front panel along with White mat layers, to make a thin frame around the designer paper pieces. 

Cut a piece of Cream cardstock of size 6 x 5 inches, run it though leaf embossing folder and use the plain curve die from HCD3-7442 Curvy Decorative Border Die, to cut the sides of this piece. Using the decorative die from the same set, cut 4 pieces on White cardstock and adhere 2 each of them and add these pieces to either sides of the embossed panel. Trim off the excess from the sides and adhere this panel to the card front using dimensional tape as shown. 

Using the center decorative circle die from HCD1-7283 Courtyard Elegance Die, cut 2 pieces on White cardstock and adhere them together. Stamp the sentiment from HCPC-3844 For My Friend Sentiments Cling Stamp Set using Majestic Violet ink on White Cardstock. Cut this piece along with a mat layer with the designer paper and add this to the decorative circle diecut using dimensional tape. Again, adhere this element to the card front as shown using dimensional tape. 

Stamp the image of the birdhouse and flower spray from HCPC-31022 Iris Garden Accents Cling Stamp Set on White cardstock with Majestic Violet ink, color it using Periwinkle and Pink Peony inks; and cut using the coordinating die. Stamp several images of the petals from HCPC-31022 Iris Garden Accents Cling Stamp Set on flower making paper with Deep Purple ink. Color the images using Sunflower, Majestic Violet and Lighthouse inks. Stamp the leaf image from HCPC-31011 Garden Lily Cling Stamp Set on flower making paper using Fern Green ink and color using Leaf Green ink. Cut all the images using the coordinating dies and shape them using flower making tools. 

Stack 2 petals each for the smaller flowers and 3 each for the larger ones; and add stamens in the center. Sponge some dries clear glue on the flowers and leaves to add crystal clear glitter. Similarly ,add white micro pearls on the flower spray and let them dry. Arrange and adhere all the ready elements on the top and bottom corners of the sentiment piece using hot glue.

Finally, complete the card by adding rhinestones around the flower arrangement.
