Instructions: Prep the surface and sides of an 8x10 inch canvas with white gesso. Using texture paste, use the following stencils - Dots, Mini Moving Vines, Mini Organic Matter. Allow to air dry or use heat tool to speed up the process.
While the texture paste is drying, Stamp the roses using Dusty Concord and the Mini Floret petals with Fossilized Amber Distress Ink.
The sentiment was stamped with embossing ink and fine detail black powder. The sentiment was heat set.
The lavender flowers were sponged with Dusty Concord Distress Ink and the yellow flowers were sponged using Squeezed Lemonade and Fossilized Amber Distress Ink.
Color was applied to the canvas using 3D Stamp Paint. I used Magenta Metallic, Moss Green Metallic and Gold. I placed a small amount on my work mat and worked some spritzed water into the mixture. I applied the color as shown in the picture. I like to use foam brushes for this part. Don't forget to get good coverage on the sides. Allow to dry. The sentiment was adhered and the edges cleared with some clear gesso.
All chipboard was covered with white gesso. More 3-D Stamp Ink was applied after the gesso dried. The chipboard was adhered with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive. Prills from the Bright Ideas 12 pack were applied to the canvas as shown. I used You Had Me At Yellow, Third Place and I Cannot Tell a Lilac.
The canvas was embellished with the roses, pearls, twine and a decorative brad.
