Instructions: For the card base trim White Cardstock measuring 22” by 7”. Score lines first 5” next again 5”, 4”, 4” and last 2”. And fold it like stairs from scoring lines.

Trim three panels from Tender Moments paper collection sheet # 3A measuring 6.8” by 4.8” second 3.8 by 6.8” and last panel 1.8” by 6.8” and adhere on card front panels using clear glue.

Stamp air balloon with Archival Viridian ink and cut it using coordinating die, color using zig markers. Stamp other images with Distress Hickory Smoke on white cardstock, and color with distress and Archival Ink using daubers cut it with coordinating dies. Stamp the flowers on lime yellow cardstock using versamark embossing ink, cover with white embossing ink, heat using heat tool and cut all flowers using coordinating dies. Shape the flowers using shaping mold and make a few flowers. Apply clear glue on all images including flowers and embellish with glitter dust.

Cut a frame using Elaborate Oval Frame Die on paper from paper collection and other on white and stack together using clear glue. Trim picture and place inside the frame and adhere ready frame on the middle stair step using 3d Foam.

Arrange all ready elements as shown and embellish with Nuvo Drops and pearl beads.
