Instructions: Cut a piece of 4 3/4" x 6 3/4" piece of pattern paper from Tender Moments Paper Collection and adhere it on a 5" x 7" white card base made with Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Trace the design on the top with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive with the Metal Tip attached to the nozzle and sprinkle glitter. Leave it to dry.

Die cut a piece of white cardstock using the die from Decorative Pocket Accents Die and adhere it on the bottom of the card base as shown. Die cut 2 pieces of white cardstock using the dies from Elegant Swirl Gateway Die and adhere them on another piece of pattern paper from the same collection. Adhere it on the card front as shown using double sided foam tape and trim off the excess.

Stamp the images from Welcome Baby Cling Stamp Set and Baby's Friends Cling Stamp Set on a piece of Brustro hot pressed watercolor cardstock and die cut using the matching dies from Welcome Baby Die and Baby's Friends Die. Color in all the images using Altenew watercolors and Brustro green gold brushes. Adhere the Fawn, lamb and bunny stamp on the bottom edge of the card front as shown using double sided foam adhesive. Apply tiny drops of Ebony Black Nuvo Crystal Drops to their eyes.

Die cut 3 more pieces of white cardstock using the 'baby' and 'boy' dies from Welcome Baby Die and adhere them behind the colored piece. Adhere them on the card as shown. Trim the 'welcome' sentiment and adhere it above the 'baby' die cut using double sided foam tape. Apply a layer of 3-D Crystal Lacquer on the 'baby' and 'boy' images. Add a few silver rhinestones to the die cut to add finishing touch.
