Aster Bottle Tag

Other Products: Die cutting machine Cut’n’boss, heat gun, water mister, hot glue gun, hot glue, scissors, sewing thread, cheesecloth, kraft paper, corrugated cardstock

Instructions: The finished wine bottle tag measure 4 x 9 1/2 inches. Cut a piece of kraft cardstock (I used the kraft cardstock in the Deluxe flower shaping paper package) 4 by 9 1/2 inches and score at 3 1/4. In the smaller part, cut a circle of 1,75 inches with a die from the Circle Basics Large Die. Then cut 1 corrugated cardstock 4 x 6 1/4 inches and glue it on the base. With a palette knife, add white gesso randomly to give texture to the base.

Stamp your Wild Aster flowers with Vermillion ink onto white flower shaping paper, color the centre and shade the edge with the same color. You can also color the back of the flowers. Diecut with the coordinating die. Spritz with water and give further shape with Deluxe flower shaping kit tools. Glue 3 layers together. In the center of the flowers make a hole and add red stamens. Also stamp leaves with leaf green, color, diecut and shape.

Stamp filler branching from the Floral Shoppe Collection in leaf green and cut. Color with a yellow zig marker. Put cheesecloth on your tag and glue your branching, leaves and flowers over it.

Stamp a sentiment with red vermillion ink on a white 2 1/4 x 1 1/2” cardstock. Ink the edge and glue it next to your flowers with 3D foam. To add a final touch, add white spring wire in your bouquet!
