Instructions: Click here to view more photos of this project. Easel card measures - 6 inches by 6 inches. Cut a 6” x 6” piece of craft cardstock and 5 7/8” x 5 7/8” piece of Purr-fect Posies Paper Collection. To create 6”x 6” card base, cut a piece of craft cardstock 6” x 12" and then score it at 6” and 9” (long side up). Fold using a bone folder along the score lines and adhere 5 7/8” x 5 7/8” piece of decorative paper on the part with fold, then fold again and adhere 6” x 6” piece of craft cardstock to create an easel card base.
To decorate inside of the card - cut out one piece 5 7/8 by 5 7/8” of pattern paper from Purr-fect Posies Paper Collection and adhere it inside the card. Die cut decorative element of the Swirly Border Accents Die from Purr-fect Posies Paper Collection and matching outer edge using the same die set from craft cardstock, then adhere them together. Apply glue to the bottom back of the resulting piece and adhere it the inside of the card as shown to create tag pocket. Die cut ‘Thank you’ from the Butterfly Kisses Decorative Die out of Wild Aster Paper Collection. Die cut one more piece of white cardstock using the same die. Stack and adhere them together as shown. Die cut circle from the Butterfly Kisses Decorative Die of Wild Aster Paper Collection, distress the edges with Ranger Distress Ink pad - Dusty Concord using daubers. Die cut one more piece of white cardstock using same die. Stack and adhere all of them to the top of swirly decorative element together using 3D foam circles.
To create tags - die cut two pieces 3” x 4” pieces of the Eyelet Rectangle & Basics Die from craft cardstock, two pieces 3 3/4” x 2 3/4” of the Eyelet Rectangle & Basics Die from White cardstock. Distress white pieces with Vintage Photo Distress Ink using daubers then adhere them to the craft cardstock pieces one to each. Die cut two pieces 3 3/4” x 2 3/4” of the Eyelet Rectangle & Basics Die from Wild Aster Paper Collection and stamp the aster flower image from Wild Aster Scroll & Cluster Cling Stamp Set with Coffee Archival Ink, then distress the edges with Vintage Photo Ranger Distress Ink and adhere them to the tag base. To finish up tags, punch holes in each one of them and add white-brown bakers twine.
To decorate front of the card - cut out 5 1/2” x 5 1/2” square of Wild Aster Paper Collection and adhere it to the top of 5 5/8” x 5 5/8” piece of craft cardstock, then adhere them to the card front. Make sure to apply glue to the bottom part of the piece only.Die cut two decorative swirls from the Swirly Border Accents Die out of gold foil paper and adhere them to the top left and bottom right corner.
Stamp the leaf images of Leafy Accents Cling Stamp Set with Pumice Stone Distress Ink and colour it with Scattered Straw Distress Ink and Mowed Lawn Distress Ink using daubers. Die cut leaves using matching die from Leafy Accents Die set, then place them in 3D Leafy Accents Shaping Mold, spray them with water and run them through die cutting machine. Adhere the leaves to the card front. Stamp the branch images of Wild Aster Spray Cling Stamp Set with VarsaMark stamp pad and heat emboss them with gold embossing powder using Heat it Craft Tool. Die cut the branches with matching die from Wild Aster Spray Die set. Stamp flower images of Wild Aster Cling Stamp Set with Coffee Archival Ink and colour it in with Chrome Yellow Archival ink using daubers. Die cut flowers using matching die from Wild Aster Die set, then shape them using Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Assemble flowers using hot glue gun, apply clear glue and cover them up with glitter, then adhere them to the top of the leaves as shown. Fill the composition in with gold embossed branches.
For finishing touches, die cut small tag from the Album Tags and Accents Die of Wild Aster Paper Collection. Die cut one more piece of white cardstock using same die. Stack and adhere them together add small bow of the gold bakers twine and distress the edges with Ranger Distress Ink pad - Dusty Concord using daubers. Adhere finished tag to the card front using 3D foam circles.
