Ready tent fold card measures 4.4" × 9.5". Cut a mat from designer paper measures 4.25" × 9.25", distress edges with matching ink and adhere it on ready card base. Cut a frame from white cardstock and a frame from designer paper using die from the Slim Ornate Rectangle die set. Glue both frames together. Glue it on card using dimensional tape. Cut a piece of designer paper and vellum paper measuring 2.5" × 7.75", glue vellum piece on designer paper piece using score tape. Cut two strips, one from designer paper and one from luxe gold cardstock. Glue both strips together and glue it on vellum base like a belly band. Adhere vellum base on card using dimensional tape. Further, cut a plain heart and a decorative heart from white cardstock using die from the Decorative Heart die set.  Stamp sentiment on plain heart die cut using majestic violet ink. Glue decorative heart on it using dimensional tape. Glue it on card. 

Stamp Floral images and feather image on watercolor paper using black archival ink. Paint images using zig markers and cut with coordinating dies. Arrange them and glue them using foam dots on card as pictured.
