Watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84Re1-gaq1o for shaping tips and techniques on the hibiscus flowers and leaves.

Instructions: To Prepare the board, take a paper from Under the Sea Paper pad with subtle shade and adhere to the 12" x 12" chipboard with multi medium gel. Let it dry and then apply a thin coat of gesso. Tear strips of paper from same paper pad and add to the layout. Apply gesso. Dry in between each layer. Using Stencils, create a texture with modelling paste and clear crackle paste. Let it dry well.

Cut 4 chipboard pieces 5" x 1" and spray with mixture of all the spray colours. Cut another 4 pieces of chipboard measuring 5.5" x 1.25" and colour in the same manner. Adhere the smaller pieces on chipboard on the bigger strips to create a frame. Wrap cotton rope as shown randomly and spray with colour. Apply a little crackle paste and let it dry.

With the Under the Sea Coral stamp set and black ink, stamp some images on the sides of the layout. Create flowers with Tropical hibiscus stamp set and die using Archival aqua Marine ink. Shape the flowers with the Flower kit. Apply Glossy accents and sprinkle distress glitter. Similarly make leaves as shown with green colour.

Arrange all the sea shells, stone chips, resins etc as shown and adhere using multi medium gel and Art Institute glue. Spray with Distress spray colours. Let it dry.
