Shape all the flowers using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and glue together, add Prills to the centers and add Yellow Nuvo to the centers of the tiny blue flowers.

Attach small tag to the right top of the border then glue the border down starting at the left top corner (corner to corner on the decorative paper). Glue the white Raindrops on Roses down on card and then the popped up basket. Start "filling" the basket with flowers and leaves from Wildwood Floral. Use the tiny blue flowers as fill in.
