Instructions: Create a 4.25" x 5.5" card base using white card stock. Trim a background mat from a piece of green patterned paper within the Classic Petunia paper collection just slightly smaller than the card base. Trim a piece of water color paper just slightly smaller than the green background mat. Using a permanent black ink stamp the petunia bouquet onto water color paper as shown. Apply a small amount of each ink color from ink pad onto wax paper or splat mat. Spritz with a tiny bit of water. Using an acrylic stamp block, pick up some of the pink color and apply ink using a smooshing technique to the petunias. Continue until you are happy with pattern and coverage. Repeat same process with green color applied to leaves and blue color adhered around bouquet. Add some blue and green ink to the top portion of card as well. Using a wet paint brush or water brush, pick up a tiny bit of blue ink and splatter onto card front. Repeat with green ink. Set with heat tool. Stamp birthday sentiment onto card front. Stamp celebrate sentiment under it. Drop some chunky white embossing enamel onto card front and heat set using heat tool from the backside of the paper. Adhere sequins and loop and tie ribbon as shown. Adhere card front to background mat using pop dots, then adhere to card base using pop dots as well.
