Instructions: Click here for a closeup view of this layout. Background is on 12 x 12 white cardstock. Cut a sea foam cardstock down to 11.5 x 11.5".  Cut canson water color paper to 11 x 11; tape off all edges about .5 inch.  Do a smooshing technique with peacock feathers and pistachio; do three layers of color heat setting in between each layer. Using template and texture paste, apply some texture to random areas on layout as shown. If smooshing is too dark, you can apply a white wash by using gesso. Photo is 4.5 x 5.5"; mat in white corrugated card then mat with paper in collection. Color Papericious chipboard with distress ink and apply crystal glitters; Cut and stamp Plumeria; leaves and bird, color with inks and shape flowers and leaves, when dry add frosting powders. Cut out two smaller tags from desired papers, in center top use a hole punch. Distress edges and attach some cord. Attach two tags together, add chipboard sub title words then add bird setting off to the left so words are visible. Add plumerias and leaves; complete layout.  If you wish to add sparkle use the sparkle pen; and crystal clear powders.
