Instructions: Fold the flip fold card base along the scored lines. Fold the inside panel to form a pocket for gift tags and secure in place. Fold and adhere the flap on the right side so that it forms a three dimensional tab. Cut panels of blue patterned paper to fit the front face of the card as well as the two inside flaps. Distress the edges and adhere in place. Die cut a regal border from white cardstock and adhere tucked under the inside patterned paper panel. Cut a decorative strip from patterned paper. Mount onto blue background paper and adhere down the right hand flap. Cut blue rose paper to fit inside the panel on the front. Distress the edges and adhere in place. Cut a piece of the same patterned paper to fit the front of the gift tag flap. Distress the edges and adhere in place. Cut a sentiment strip and adhere across the inside base of the card. Cut a medium panel and stamp a sentiment onto it. Adhere to the right inside panel with foam dots.
Stamp the background image onto blue patterned paper and trim. Color with watercolour pencils. Distress the edges. Adhere the stamped panel on an angle to the middle of the front face of the card using foam dots. Stamp a second image, and hand cut the banner section. Ink the edges with Scattered Straw then adhere over the top of the base image using foam dots. Stamp a series of rose stems and leaves. Color with watercolour pencils, then die cut. Shape each piece with a stylus. Adhere three rose stems tucked under the top of the main image, and another to the bottom left. Adhere another pair of rose stems to the sentiment panel in the inside of the card. Tuck leaf sections that have been cut into smaller sections, among the rose stems. Stamp some classic rose petals and die cut. Colour with Scattered Straw ink and shape with a stylus. Adhere in singles layers to the leaves with self adhesive bling in the centres. Apply fine glitter to the small details of the card.
