Instructions: Make a 6" X 6" white card base, 12" X 6" paper, score at 6" and fold. Cut a 5 7/8" square of light aqua cardstock, glue to card front. Cut a mat of white cardstock 5 3/4" square. Emboss this with dotty folder. Cut a 7" length of ribbon and glue 1" down from top and secure end to the back. Glue this to card front. Cut four of the straight border from the Fleur die set from 1 1/4" strips of white cardstock. Overlap corners by matching holes and glue together to make a frame. Center the frame on card front and glue in place. Glue tiny pearl string around edges as pictured. Add a pearl in upper left, lower left and lower right corner of frame.
Stamp image onto watercolor paper with Versamark, dust with embossing powder and heat set. Stamp three of the medium large rose petal on watercolor paper using the same technique. Watercolor the petals of all using 031. Watercolor centers with 050 and add a touch of 070 on one side of centers. Watercolor leaves with 041. Watercolor a shadow around large image using 100. When dry trim to 4" square and punch corners. Shape three extra petals and off-set and glue to large flower in image. Using pop-dots for dimension, add the image to center of frame. Cover centers with glue and sprinkle with Glitz. Cut the "Cherish" tag using luggage die set and attach to upper right with a pop-dot on the upper part of the tag. Make a small bow and glue over hole in the tag to complete your card.
