Watch this video https://youtu.be/Z8P070kC3oo to learn how to create dimensional roses.
Instructions: Make a 5" X 7" card base from white cardstock. Cut a 4 7/8" X 6 7/8" mat from pale aqua cardstock. Place 1" strip folder on left side and run through die cutting machine to emboss. Cut a 3 5/8" X 6 5/8" mat from a sheet of the paper collection as pictured. Glue onto aqua mat to the right of embossed area. Cut the oval from a neutral yellow paper from collection. I used the plain center die to create a frame, this step is optional. Glue the oval to card front, slightly to the right. Cut an 8" strip of trim and glue in place as pictured.
Using cocoa ink, stamp rose and two leaf spray images on Copic paper. Using same ink stamp two sets of large petals, four sets of medium petals, two sets of small petals onto pale yellow cardstock. Sponge the scattered straw ink into centers, cut petals with matching dies, then sponge edges of petals with same ink. Following the video listed above make two large roses, two medium roses, three small buds. Color the roses in the image using markers Y26, 21, 13, 11, & 000. Color leaves in the image and the leaf sprays using markers YG99, 97, 95, 93, & Y13. Color a shadow around the image using markers BG000, & 70, then soften with colorless blender. Die cut leaf sprays with matching dies. Cut the image with the plain oval from the eyelet set. Attach the image, using pop-dots, inside the scalloped oval. Snip each leaf spray in half so it will curve around oval. Arrange roses and leaves around oval as pictured using glue and pop-dots where needed. Cut the sentiment from the paper pad, dovetail snip the ends, curve with your fingers and attach to upper left corner with pop-dots. Glue the three pearls to bottom right corner to complete your card.
