Instructions: Cut a 4" x 8" from brick paper in collection, ink edges with Rhubarb Stalk Ink. Cut out Regal border in white cardstock, attach to back of 4" x 8" pattern paper and attach to tag. Cut out two tags using luggage and tag die, you can cut these in half as we will only be using about 1.5" of each one. Ink edges with Rhubarb Stalk and attach twine. Search for A2 card panel in collection. Attach two luggage tags to left as shown, then adhere with foam to tag base. Stamp out Rose Bouquet on Copic paper with Tuxedo ink; colour leaves and roses with Chameleon Pens. Stamp and colour, then cut, two of the large rose vines from cling stamp. Mold lightly. Stamp and colour, then cut two sets of Roses and color using RD 4. Cut a 3" circle and mat behind Rose Bouquet. Cut out two Layered Elegant Swirls on white cardstock. Cut a 1" strip of red from paper collection, adhere two swirls together and attach red strip in center. Cut a 4.5" circle one white card and adhere the two swirls on top, then layer with foam adhesive the rose Bouquet as shown. Mold the roses then attach the bead centers to four small flowers, make one rose as shown. Cut apart the rose vines as shown in image and assemble die cuts as shown. Stamp and cut one leaf vine from 3753 and colour with YG3 Chameleon Pen. For leaf vine, cut out using die and cut apart into three pieces. For added detail use glue gloss pen and adhere glitter.
