Watch this video https://youtu.be/SRyuiBrFluo to learn how to create and shape the Botanic Orchid flowers.
Instructions: With a burgundy with white trim paper from the paper pad trace around the tag with the white trim on the left. Trace tag again on plain burgundy paper, this will cover the back of the tag. Glue the back onto the tag, flip over and cut the hole out with the Crop-a Dile. Cut a scalloped border from white cardstock, leaving a 1/2" edge. Line this strip up on the edge of manila tag front and glue in place. Trim ends off round as pictured. Glue front to tag, flip over and cut hole with Crop-a-Dile, using the previous hole as a guide.
Stamp one of each size Orchid with Versamark on white cardstock. Dust with white embossing powder and heat set. Color the centers of all using RV66. Color all other petals using RV00, outward from centers of two petal pieces and centers and tips of three petal pieces. Following video above shape and assemble flowers. Glue "You had me at Yellow" prills to centers and adhere a flat backed pearl above the prills as pictured. Add stickles to tips of all petals. Cut a 6" piece of pearl string and glue in place on the right edge of tag next to scalloped border. Stamp on white cardstock with Distress ink, two of the Orchid flourish and three each of the Lily leaves. Color these using YG97, & 93. Add stickles to buds at the ends of flourishes. Snip the flourishes away from the center Orchid, giving you four pieces. Slightly shape leaves. Stamp hummingbirds on white cardstock using black ink. Color feathers with YG11, & 03. Color breast with G000 and throat with RV66, & 00. Color bills & feet with C5. Spray birds with glimmer mist. When dry coat bills, eyes, and feet with Glossy Accents. Shape the birds slightly when dry.
Cut the sentiment from paper pad and use Ticket punch on all four corners. Make a many loop bow with about two yards of seam binding. Tie a 4" loop through hole on tag and glue bow on top. Bend sentiment slightly and glue in place as pictured. Arrange and glue flowers, leaves, and flourishes in place, making sure to have a flourish on top for the small hummingbird to sit on. Add glue to bills and feet and tails of larger bird and attach to complete your tag.
