Instructions: Cut a strip of blue background paper around 4 1/4" x 8" long. Die cut an ornate border into the top. Mount onto dark green background paper then cardstock on the back with an extra 2" at the bottom, then trim around the edge to leave a border. Cut a medium panel from patterned paper and adhere to the centre of the tag. Attach a piece of tied ribbon to the top of the panel. Stamp a flirting frogs image onto white cardstock and colour with watercolours. Trim the edge and adhere towards the bottom of the tag with layered foam dots in the middle. Glue the sides down to form a 3 dimensional image. Add glitter to select parts of the image. Cut a sentiment strip and wrap it around the base of the tag on a diagonal. Secure on the back of the tag. Allow it to sit up slightly off the tag. Die cut a pre printed dragonfly from patterned paper and adhere to the top right of the tag. Add glitter to the wings. Stamp and colour a series of leaves and flowers using distress ink. Shape and assemble. Add a cluster to the bottom right corner of the tag, and another to the left of the frogs. Adhere a large lily pad to the back of the tag, so it overlaps the bottom left of the tag. Add glitter to the flower centres. Apply paint dots to the bottom edge of the tag and around the circular frame in the printed panel.
