Diecut Decorative Oval die from green Winking Frog paper and glue down with dries clear glue. Top each intersection of the Decorative oval diecut with an Itty Bitty sparkle. Stamp and diecut the dragonfly, several of the larger lily flowers and pads and two of the flirting frog in Tuxedo Black ink onto white cs. Color in everything with the watercolor pencils and blend with water. Attach the dragonfly with foam dots as shown. Shape the water lily flowers using the flower shaping tools and add prills to the center of the flowers. Cut out the frogs from one of the flirting frog set and foam glue them down on the other lily pad/flirting frog. Lightly add glitter to the main lily flower of the stamp and then attach the whole thing to the tag.
