Instructions: Cut and fold black cardstock so that it measures 5.5" x 4.25" when folded. Cut white cardstock panel to measure 4" x 5.25" and adhere to front of black card base. Stamp "happy birthday" sentiment in black ink on lower right corner. Cut 1.5" strips of dark orange, tiny floral and black. Use square punch to cut the bottoms so they look like pennants. Layer them together and then cut the tops of all three panels off even at the top and adhere to the left of your card.
Stamp your flower image in black ink onto white cardstock and use coordinating die to cut. Use distress inks and a stipple brush to color your flower and leaves. When layering color I always start with the lightest color first and then get darker. Shape your flower and leaves with the flower molding tool kit. Adhere the flower together (I did the larger flower for this card) and adhere the finished flower to the right of the banners on card front. Adhere rhinestones around your flower as desired.
