Instructions: Cut a large panel from patterned paper and adhere to a card base. Cut a second smaller panel from patterned paper and adhere to the centre of the card using foam dots. Cut an eyelet frame from white cardstock. Apply seedless preserves ink to the edges using a sponge dauber. Adhere the frame to the card front using foam tape. Cut a sentiment tag from patterned paper and adhere to the lower left side of the card using foam dots. Stamp and die cut a series of botanical rose petals and tiny blooms from the Birds and Blooms collection. Colour the petals first with mustard seed ink all over, then with seedless preserves on the tips. Use a water brush and dark purple watercolour pencil to paint highlights on the petals tips. Shape the petals with a stylus and layer some of the larger petals. Create a flower cluster on the bottom left of the card. Stamp and die cut a series of leaves using seedless preserves ink ink. Use peeled paint ink with a sponge dauber to colour the leaves. Shape with a stylus. Adhere the leaves tucked under the edges of the flowers. Add some extra, small flowers under the sentiment. Stamp and die cut the ‘You’re a Hoot’ image from white cardstock. Apply a light coat of seedless preserves to the owls, with highlights of dark purple watercolour. Add orange pencil to the beaks, and peeled paint ink to the leaves. Adhere Gala Glitz to each of the flower centres. Use a fine metal nozzle to apply glue to the fine details of the card and sprinkle with fine glitter. Apply dots of dimensional paint around the left edge of the frame. Spray some iridescent paint across the finished card and allow to dry.
