Instructions: The note box when totally finished measures 18 cm x 13 cm. All stamping will be done with the gold embossing powder, any detailed close ups and extra measurements will be found at http://sussipoppins.blogspot.com/2015/12/double-fun-today-its-party-and-note.html. The photos used in this project are purchased printed vintage photos. As long as the photos are small enough you could use any photos and theme.
Make the box from the Kraft card stock, using the pattern or use the measurements shown here: sussipoppins.blogspot.com. Chose the design paper from the paper collection to cover the box. Cut from the Egg shell white card stock for the note tags, cut x 8, 14.5 cm x 9.5 cm. Use the mask and gesso to bring texture to the corners of the box and the note tags. When dry, using the inks, bring color to the gesso and corners of the box to give a vintage distressed effect. Stamp and die cut the rose borders for the box and note tags, flowers and leaves, the shoe, the dress on the hanger, the vines, the small bow and the sentiment with the shoe. Bring color to all the die cuts with the inks, re-ink the edges with the Walnut Stain. Adhere first, the borders to the box and to the top of each tag. Adhere the remaining cut note tags to the back of each tag. This will strengthen the tag and cover any ink smudges made while inking. Adhere any paper matting to the tags, the photos, ribbons and bows. Add the flowers, leaves etc to fill and decorate the photos. See the close ups at http://sussipoppins.blogspot.com/2015/12/double-fun-today-its-party-and-note.html. If you want to, there is room for notes and journaling on the back of the tags.
For the front of the box, mat the sentiment with the red cardstock. Ink and distress the edges. Adhere the ribbon to the box then place the sentiment. Add the bow, the flowers and leaves. Adhere a bead to the center of each flower. To finish add the stickles to the shoe, flowers, leaves and roses on the boarders. Roses on the dress hangers and anywhere else you desire.
